About Me is a short autobiographical book about the exploits of the author as a young man during the second world war. It describes, along with photos and contemporaneous letters to his parents, the many experiences that informed his later adult life. The simple design, letterpress printed cover and 1940s ‘wallpaper’ endpapers are all intended to reflect the atmosphere and austerity of the time it describes.
